The Johnson Team assists sellers in all aspects of preparing their home for the market. With a keen understanding of presentation and the effect on market value, Britt and Barbara can expertly advise necessary repairs and upgrades to obtain the highest possible sales price. Our team will coordinate and oversee every project from commencement to completion.

For buyers, The Johnson Team will handle the complexities of your transaction so you have peace of mind throughout the process and after close of escrow. This includes initiating and attending inspections and utilizing trade professionals to remedy issues and/or upgrade your newly purchased home.
